Danika Mei
FOUNDER and PRESIDENT
Troy High School
I am a senior at Troy High School. I am deeply passionate about the transformative potential of drone technology. As the first female member of the Troy NJROTC drone team, I have embraced the opportunity to break barriers and explore this dynamic field. Recognizing the need for greater gender diversity, I founded DronesByGirls, a club dedicated to empowering young women to engage with drone technology and pursue careers in this growing industry. My ultimate vision is to leverage the power of drones to address pressing global issues, from disaster response to environmental conservation, and to improve the quality of life for communities worldwide. I aim to bridge the gender gap in drone technology while contributing to a future where innovation has no limits.
